MODE OF PAYMENT
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Every client must read all the terms and conditions as it is
essential to avoid issues during and after the transaction.
⍟
Requests must be done at least a week or more
before the commission's due date. Requests made 3 days
before the due are considered rush commissions which
entail an additional rush fee.⍟
Sending an inquiry form is highly encouraged, but;⍟
Sending an inquiry form doesn't guarantee that request
is already accepted and your slot is secured.
Requests will only be acknowledged if payment is sent.⍟
Client must state all the needed details for the design
such as texts, photos, color palettes, themes, mood boards, dimensions, templates, etc. to avoid major revisions. Please
make sure to prepare all these details before sending an inquiry.⍟
The designer is authorized to decline a request
if it's beyond her expertise, availability, and internal reasons.⍟
Payment first policy
50% down payment is required to acknowledge and
proceed with the commission work.⍟
Strictly no cancellations and refunds
upon request is already started. 50% of the request's
final price will be applied as a cancellation fee.⍟
Ensure to have the owner's permission
when using their media content (e.g., fansite photos).⍟
A preview will be sent for checking, revisions & approval.
Maximum of 3 revisions are allowed within 24 hours
after preview is sent. Revisions given beyond the time
and major revisions will have additional charges.⍟
Once done & fully paid, file/s will be sent via
Google Drive link or Email.⍟
Every commissioned work will be watermarked with the
shop's name and logo; Caixordium Designs⍟
The designer is allowed to post the output/s in her portfolio.
Please do not claim any of the works as your own.
